A Boy Drowned in a pond at GDC Sogam Lolab

The 16 years old boy namely Abdul Rehman son of Zahoor Ah Lone hailing from Sogam Lolab, drowned in a water pond at GDC Sogam Lolab.  All this was due to the negligence of the college staff on how the boy was admitted to the college. The incident created a disturbing phase in the entire valley. One more family lost a light of home.
May Almighty grant him the highest place in Jannah and give his family an endurance ahead
